3 Bedroom House with beautiful garden and two large terraces. Front terrace has a fantastic, uninterrupted view towards Kos Island. Back terrace is covered from direct sunlight and it is ideal to spend some outdoor time during hot hours. Both terraces have dining tables. The house is located within a compound and has access to an outdoor swimming pool. Compound's designated beach area is within walking distance, next to the lighthouse. Beach can be accessed via a shuttle service from compound entrance every half hour.
Ground floor comprises a living area, open plan kitchen, two terraces and a W.C. Garden floor comprises 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom and garden. One of the bedrooms has a double bed.
The area is close to Akyarlar Village and Turgutreis Town. Both have shopping facilities. Turgutreis has a Marina, banks, restaurants and night clubs as well. Both can be accessed using local public transportation called "Dolmus".
Attached images are from two years ago. Last year two single beds downstairs are renewed and the TV was replaced with a new one.
