Sit back and relax in this stunning three bedroom plus loft home with sweeping views of the award winning George Fazio golf course. Several updates were completed in 2024 further enhancing the charm this home provides! Upon arrival you'll notice that the whole exterior of the home was updated in a contemporary style. The front porch/deck was also extended a bit to provide more room for front porch sitting.
As you walk through the front door you are greeted by an open floor plan including a large living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. The flooring throughout the main areas such as foyer, dining and living areas has been updated.
The kitchen is lovely with its large center island, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and newly updated cabinetry! The kitchen will be fully-equipped with everything you'll need to prepare a meal for your family. The adjacent dining room provides seating for six, with the center island providing countertop seating for three additional guests.
The living room features vaulted ceilings allowing lots of natural light along with ample comfortable, beach contemporary furniture perfect for viewing the large wall-mounted Smart TV. Connecting to the living and dining areas is the cozy screened-in Carolina room, which connects the main home to the pool area.
The primary bedroom consists of a king bed, HDTV and an en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom is large and boasts a beautifully updated custom tiled walk-in shower, two sink vanity and separate soaking tub!
The remaining two bedrooms on the first floor are for guests with both featuring queen beds and HDTVs. These two guest bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub and shower combination.
Upstairs, in the loft area, is a bonus room which is quite large and offers two twin beds and a murphy bed. There is an en-suite bathroom in the loft with a walk-in shower.
Outdoors you will find an expansive pool and spa area which is landscaped for privacy, along with a private deck with seating for outdoor dining. This is the ideal home for your getaway to Hilton Head Island!
The spa and pool can be heated (June 1 through October 1) for an additional fee.
