Located in the historic neighborhood of Myers Park, this 2 bedroom/1 bath 1930s brick duplex is ideal for the person looking for convenience near the Capital, downtown and universities but the amenities of a residential community.
Perfect for the business traveler seeking a quiet work space or the game day visitors looking for something more than motel living. Wake up to birds singing in the Spanish moss draped century old oak trees!
Take a 5 minute walk to Cascades Park home to the beautiful Edison restaurant along with the Capital City Amphitheater. Scooters are available for rent at the park, too. Love tennis or swimming? Just blocks away is Myers Park. How about golf? Capital City Country Club is open to the public with the nicest fairways and greens in the City! If you are a bicyclist just two blocks away is the Capital Cascades Trail that links to the St. Marks Trail and will take you all the way to the coast. It's a beautiful 22 mile (44 round trip) ride!
