Summary: Michael was awesome to deal with. He is super fast with responses and answers. The home is a beautiful "old Savannah" style that is a very short walk to Forsyth Park and free public transportation. It is in a great neighborhood. Parking is available on the street in front of the home and there are two private (guaranteed) parking spots at the back of the home. It is an even shorter walk (stones throw) to a Kroger grocery store.
