3 Bedroom Cabin with Air Conditioner, Fireplace and Kitchen

Just a little more than an hour outside Atlanta. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil, peaceful getaway! This Cabin has everything you need to rest and relax!
Our Cabin is located on 2.5 acres with a lot of things to do while you’re here. The list goes on from games like checkers to activities like roasting s’mores on our fire pit.
We are happy to share our family Cabin with you! We hope that you can see yourself and connect with our cabin and love it like we do!
For all of the University of Georgia fans we are just 20 mins away from Downtown Athens!
Please keep in mind that we are in the Georgia woods and from time to time you will find a bug or too. If you are terrified of bugs then this may not be the space for you.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need to cook.
The fireplace is wood burning. If you use it we ask if you can close the vent afterwards.
The grill on the porch is a coal grill. If you use it clean it afterwards. There will be an additional charge of $50 if it’s not cleaned.
There is no smoking in the home. There is a $200 fee if it’s found that someone smoked.
Also please note that our cabin is very private but it is located off of a main country road. During rush our times it can be noisy but outside of those times it’s very quiet.

Summary: This is a nice cabin that is decorated well and in a great location to escape. Unfortunately the instruction that are sent are incomplete and replies from the host are sparse. The cleaners were there when we arrived and they rushed through meaning much of the house didn’t get cleaned. The floor was especially bad and it was very dusty. There were about 20 trash bags piled up outside. Lots of potential but needs some attention to detail.
