Bright and airy atmosphere is perfect for a weekend get-a-way. BBQ Grill and Fire Pit in fenced back yard with party lights invite memorable moments enjoying family and friends. While this property is pet friendly and has a fenced backyard, small pets may be able to squeeze under fence in low areas and should be secured at all times. And for anyone needing to do a little work while on vacation, there is a desk in the 3rd bedroom. Private gravel driveway with plenty of parking. Pack n Play in the property for Baby. Beach chairs and ice chest on property for beach time. If you need additional baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table and/or porta crib) or beach items (beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels) they are available at no charge upon request with a minimum of 48 business hours' notice. For weekend and holiday deliveries there is a $25 fee. All items subject to availability. It's a short distance to beautiful beaches or the St. Augustine historic district where you can spend time shopping, strolling quaint streets, taking tours, riding the trolley, or viewing the area in a horse drawn buggy. Closet in the 1st bedroom and Kitchen are excluded from guest's use. There is a hall closet and dresser available for storing clothes, and plenty of cupboard space for food items.
We love animals, but there are strict rules that must be followed. All animals must be housebroken and approved in advance. For approval, please go to .
