Nestled in the heart of Arlington’s most desirable neighborhood, our spectacular 4 bed/ 3 bath home has the perfect set up to accommodate larger groups under one roof while maintaining separate living quarters. This is the ideal house for families traveling with children! The private backyard is a perfect oasis to enjoy evenings grilling delicious meals or hanging out by the fire pit. Families traveling with little ones will also enjoy the full playground, which is only minutes from the house.
The main floor features a stunning living room with a fireplace and 65-inch flat screen smart TV, formal dining room, a fully stocked modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, and two bathrooms. The oversized master bedroom has a memory foam king bed, walk in closet and an ensuite master bathroom. The second bedroom features two twin beds and the third bedroom features a memory foam queen-sized bed.
The spacious lower level features a separate entertainment area with a 65-inch flat screen smart TV, fireplace, air hockey table and board games for the entire family. There are two full-sized sofa beds with ample room to sleep. There is a city noise ordinance that prohibits loud noises after 10pm. The property is in a quiet residential area with long-time residents including families with kids and senior citizens who are sensitive to noise. Violation of this ordinance will be reported and will result in calling the authorities and sending our local security team to the unit to vacate all guests from the premises immediately with no refund.

3. If gas fireplace remote is lost or damaged, guest will be assessed a fee of $300 fine per lost/damaged remote so that we can order a replacement.
