11905 W Jackson Street. A fabulous 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a 2-car garage and an RV Gate. The home was built in 2002, has a private pool and is located on the Coldwater Creek Golf Course! The Swimming Pool is naturally heated by the Arizona sunshine during the summer months, but not heated during the winter months. This home faces south over the 5th green of Coldwater Golf Course. There are 8-Golf courses within a 5-mile radius which is wonderful news for the avid golfer. A brief 20-minute commute from the airport; only 4-miles to Westgate where the Cardinals and the Coyotes play; less than 4-miles to Phoenix International Raceway. We require a 1-month minimum stay during the month of March.
