This brand new, luxury apartment building was only completed April 2019 and boasts a fabulous interior, rooftop BBQ area and swimming pool with spectacular views of Danang's mountains and beaches.
Located in the picturesque and trendy Son Tra peninsula, you are just a couple of minutes away from the beach and a 10 minute drive into the lively Danang city centre.

The beauty about this apartment really is the location and the magnificent views over all of Danang.
The master bedroom comprises a king size, very comfortable bed with lovely soft bedding, a bed-side table, large wardrobe and drawer facilities. The Master bedroom is city facing so guests get to appreciate the great views of the beaches and city together from this room.
The room has very dark curtains, double glazed windows so is perfect for a good nights sleep as is quiet and blacked out well. The lighting is ambient and relaxing. There is enough space for an additional sofa bed in this room.
The 2nd bedroom is a little smaller than the Master bedroom but is a good size. It has a big fitted wardrobe, King size comfortable bed, bed side table and ambient lighting and good quality black out curtains and double glazed windows for noise prevention. Both bedrooms have locks on the doors. It is ocean and mountain facing. There is enough space for an additional sofa bed in this room.
Bedroom 3 has a queen sized bed, fitted wardrobes and again, excellent curtains and sound-proofing. It is also ocean facing. There is enough space for an additional sofa bed in this room.
All bedrooms have full air conditioning.
The lounge area comes with a very comfortable 3 seater sofa (good enough to sleep on) a soft fabric leg rest, Smart TV with full cable channels, high speed WIFI and air conditioning.
Adjacent to the lounge area is a fully equipped modern kitchen with full utensils, enabling guests to cook should they wish to. There is a large fridge freezer, washing machine and a dining table that can also be used as a workspace.
The kitchen has a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, sandwich toasting machine, rice cooker, full sets of plates, dishes, cups, cutlery for 9 people and other appliances needed for cooking.
There is a separate utility room for washing and drying clothes.
The bathrooms come with a state of the art, multi-functional shower unit, toilet, basin (with hot water) and comes equipped with basic toiletries such as shampoo, soap and toilet tissue. Please note, we do not supply toothbrushes as we believe these are personal to an individual and should be brought by the guests.
The apartment has 1 balcony and access to the 20th floor roof terrace, where guests can make full use of BBQ facilities and the splendid pool, whilst enjoying the great views of Danang city, the mountains and the ocean.
**Please note, if you would like a rooftop party please contact me in advance as i will need to ensure that this is ok with central management.

We can clean your apartment whenever you would like us to but please notify us the day before if you require this.
Breakfast can be included in your stay but we charge 125,000 VND per person per day. We provide you with a menu and we ask that you inform us of your choice by 8pm the night before.
Guests have access on a totally private arrangement to all listed above. There is an iron and ironing board at the apartment but if guests want things washing and ironing by our staff then this comes at an extra charge.
We can offer you a tour guide for your excursions, bicycles, tour packages, and pretty much anything you require, if it is manageable for us. If you have any questions regarding this, please message us and we will be happy to answer you.
We can arrange car and motorbike rental services for guests, fishing trips, boat trips and local excursions.
Either myself or a member of my staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we ask that guests only contact us in cases of extreme emergencies before 7am and after 11pm.
We are the kind of people who will always help out and make ourselves available, whilst at the same time respecting guest privacy and not encroaching on your personal space.
We are always available to help and offer advice but if you want to be completely independent of us, that's fine also :-)
We can organise tours and trips for you and we are happy (time permitting) to come with you and be a friend as well as your host. It really is down to you and your group how much you want to make use of us :-)
