Negative: The place itself was good enough, but the host was one of the rudest and most manipulative people I have ever encountered. She behaved in a very narcissistic and intrusive way. At exactly 12:01 PM, she knocked on my door even though checkout time was 12:00 PM. I was already fully packed and told her I just needed two minutes. She replied, “Okay, but if you’re not out in two minutes, I will open the door” I found this extremely inappropriate and a violation of my privacy and civil rights. When I calmly told her that I was leaving and that she shouldn’t open the door on me, she responded in a manipulative and dismissive way, repeatedly saying “I feel attacked as a woman” — bringing gender into a situation that had absolutely nothing to do with it. Her behavior felt like gaslighting and emotional manipulation. She even denied her earlier statement about opening the door. This experience left me feeling uncomfortable, unsafe, and disrespected. I strongly recommend Booking.com review her conduct, as such behavior is unacceptable from a host and makes guests feel unsafe.
