Summary: Great location - great views - Great kitchen - We had 8 adult women and needed the 5 bedrooms. But, the downstairs is pretty useless. It was damp, and the downstairs sunroom was full of bugs and spiderwebs. The upstairs was okay - consider this a 3 bedroom
