On-site amenities include the Village Pavilion with indoor and outdoor pools, an exercise room, tennis and multi-sport courts, a seasonal beach shuttle, and more. The home has replaced the front and back decks with composite decking. New outdoor furniture has been added to the property for your leisure as well.
At home, start your day with a cup of coffee on the private back deck, enjoying the tree and water view. Inside, you’ll find a bright, spacious layout with hardwood floors and high ceilings.
