Granite counters in the kitchen, wood flooring throughout, deck and balcony on the second floor, personal back patio for downstairs bedroom, security enabled garage for 1 car (laundry in the garage), also public parking- 2 spots in front of building if you get lucky. High Speed Internet, Digital Cable and Flatscreen tv's in living room (55"), Upstairs Bedroom (32") and Downstairs Bedroom (40"), Gas BBQ on Balcony, Beach toys for the kids too.
