Summary: The place was very cute and fit six people comfortably. It had close access to the beach, about a 10 minute drive to ft myers, but the neighborhood is basically a trailer park but not unsafe at all. It was dirty when we arrived, some of the sheets had hair in them, floor was sandy, and the trash had not been taken out. Overall could have been worse but not amazing.
