**Brand new A/C unit installed in August of 2021!**
Caribbean Conch Cottage is a wifi-enabled villa on beautiful Whitby beach! Wake to the sight and sound of the ocean with ocean views from almost every room. Private and tranquil. Open, light and airy house with Caribbean flair. Gazebo for sunset cocktails, large patio for bbq & outdoor dining, balcony for whale and star watching. Private stairs to white sand beach and clear turquoise water. The villa is conveniently located - walking distance to restaurants and grocery.
The space:
2 bedrooms and 2 baths on main floor + 2nd story loft bedroom with balcony. Whole-house A/C (many rentals in our area only provide A/C in one bedroom), full-size kitchen with large island, stainless steel appliances, dining for 6 plus bar seating for 4, family room with SMART 55” big screen TV, desk, internet/WiFi, and everything to make you feel at home.

You can’t be closer to beautiful Whitby Beach and the turquoise water!
The activities:
The villa includes two paddle boards, a one-man kayak, a two-man kayak, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, and more! Walk/job on the beach; read a great book in comfortable chair on the large patio or on the beach-front gazebo; enjoy meals / beverages on the patio or on the gazebo; just sit back and relax.
