Located beachfront on "Tropic of Cancer Beach" the villa overlooks a large sandy beach and translucent blue-green waters of one of the prettiest beaches in the Bahamas.
You'll be transfixed as you gaze beyond the infinity pool and take in the natural beauty of the sparkling sea. Welcome to Suma Sands Villa.
The Space -
Accommodating up to 12 people - every bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom. The villa boasts a large and beautifully decorated great room that spills out onto the outdoor patio and expansive deck - overlooking the infinity pool and beach. Just off to the side of the great room is an open and spacious kitchen - equipped for whatever culinary creations you have in mind. Dine on the large circular dining table (seating up to 12) or use a bar stool off the kitchen island.

With relatively calm waters, sheltered by the nearby islands, the area is great for swimming and exploring on kayaks. The beach is sandy all year round and stretches for about 2 miles making it ideal for sunrise/sunset walks or runs. Because the area is "away from it all", the beach is fairly quiet much of the time. Great for kids and seniors alike!

Summary: Beautiful villa. Most incredible white sand beach we have ever been on. Everything you need is available at the villa. The only drawback is the villa's distance from any stores where you can buy what you need.
