Located beachfront on Rincon's famous Sandy Beach. Newly furnished/remodeled, and featuring all the amenities: ✓ AC throughout ✓ Fast WiFi ✓ Full kitchen ✓ Quality towels & linens ✓ Gated parking for 2 vehicles ✓ Shared beachside pool ✓ Beach chairs & cooler
The master bedroom features a traditional king size bed. The second bedroom features two twin beds that are convertible into a quasi-king. By booking here, we’ll assume you prefer two twins (separated beds) unless you write at least 48 hours prior to your arrival that you prefer a quasi-king.
In summer, our waters tend to lay flat and are good for swimming and lounging. In winter, it's all about surfing; one of Rincon's best waves is literally in our backyard. A beach with year-round calm waters is just a 6-8 minute drive.
Note that we are located on the third floor. The building is equipped with an elevator, but it is occasionally shut down for maintenance. If you are unable to use the stairs, if necessary, please do not rent this listing.

Summary: Beautiful as described in perfect location. However several management company concerns. 1) We did not the detailed email on where and how to get into the place. After a long drive from SJ we had a stressful and long delay getting in. 2) The AC in main room leaked water so we turned it off. 3) The remotes for the TVs did not work.
