Sliding doors in the living room and master bedroom lead out to private lanais offering breathtaking and relaxing ocean views. Another private lanai off the second upstairs bedroom showcases amazing Mountain Views.
Enjoy a cool swim in the pool or ocean right out front on the beautiful reef-protected beach great for snorkeling! Stainless refrigerator, stainless dishwasher, 2 large-screen smart TVs. High thread count sheets and pillow cases, variety of pillows on the beds- firm, soft, memory foam, cool gel, etc. Tommy Bahama bedding. There is an ongoing multi-million dollar exterior construction renovation on this building resulting in some unsightly construction and during Monday-Friday from 8am - 5pm there is a possibility of loud construction noises. Because of the construction, nightly prices have been lowered by 20%. Most guests still have a wonderful stay anyway and love the beautiful beach and views!
Kitchen fully stocked with dishware, cookware, appliances (microwave, coffee maker - Keurig Duo, blender, toaster, slow cooker) and utensils. Beach gear chest on mountainside Lanai, welcome to use the beach chairs! Two elevators and modest workout room in building. Pleasant Breezy Trade Winds blow from ocean through condo out mountain side windows and most of the time are more comfortable than A/C! For times when the winds are light, there are lots of fans. On 1st level: kitchen, living room with lanai and A/C, bedroom, bathroom. On 2nd level: 2 bedrooms with A/C, 2 lanais, 1 bathroom and washer/dryer. There is a Queen bed in each of the 3 bedrooms, 1 Queen sofa sleeper in living room and one twin bunk bed in the main floor bedroom and a full bunk bed on the 2nd floor.
Property location: Pat’s at Punaluu, 53-567 Kamehameha Highway, Hauula, HI 96717 which is a legal rental, exempt from Bill 89/Ordinance 19-18 (per Honolulu Department of Planning and Permitting).
One parking pass for one vehicle in parking lot and additional parking on street.
The HOA is doing some concrete spalling and plumbing repairs throughout 2023. Expect construction noise between 8-5 on weekdays.
