5 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, TV and Accessibility

Latitude Adjustment is a beachfront luxury home at Pointe West. It was just built a few years ago and will be available as a vacation rental for the first time!
This exquisite beachfront home has all the amenities & features you could want in a beach home. Pamper the family and enjoy the 180-degree unobstructed Gulf views, covered and uncovered deck, chef's kitchen, and much more. This house is set up to accommodate everyone. It has an elevator, 2 sets of washer/dryers, 2 refrigerators/freezers, a commercial ice maker, and a fully fenced yard, & just wait until you see the sleeping & bath arrangements. No more fighting over who gets which bedroom, they are all fantastic with their own en-suites and views! Did you say allergies? Each central A/C system is equipped with a UV light Air Purifier. The Cupola that no one wants to leave has you seeing 360 degrees around the community.

Pointe West Beach Club
Spend a wonderful day at the pool or beach at the luxurious Pointe West Beach Club. Pointe West offers numerous amenities including, an infinity pool, children's pool, lazy river heated in the winter), fitness center, concierge, and restaurant. The Resort is independently run and charges $25 per person, (4 years and older) The use of the Beach Club is optional. The access fee is paid by credit card or cash directly to the Beach Club and is not included in rental rates.
The community is easily walkable. Golf Carts are a great way to get around as well. However, golf carts dune buggies, or any other types are vehicles are not allowed on Galveston beaches, dunes, or wetlands; this is city law!
