Villa Maria is beach front villa of private villas complex seafront - entrance forbidden to outsiders. Situated in Gouves. The property boasts views of the sea and is 17 km from Heraklion Town. Quiet, peaceful location, within walking distance there are tourist infrastructure of area ( taverns, restaurants, cafeterias, shops, supermarkets, etc.) Communal season-open outdoor pool with snack-bar locates 150 meters behind the villas complex is free of charge for our guests. Within walking distance is Luxury hotel 5* (possibility of visiting the SPA center and use of swimming pools, sauna & tennis and other facilities – on extra charge). Semi-detached villa Maria features a terrace in front with a barbecue & terrace furniture. Free private parking is available on site. Arrival & Departure transfer on EXTRA CHARGE requires pre-booking.
