* Our property also offers our weekend guests the luxury of a 3pm check out on SUNDAYS, MONDAYS ON A LONG WEEKEND & EASTER so you are welcome to stay and enjoy an entire weekend at our house & our glorious surrounding area and beach, no need to leave the house at 10 00 am on Sunday as you do at most houses...this option is not available during school holidays however we can be flexible at all times.
We have been holiday renting CARINYA BEACHFRONT for 25 years now. Part of our commitment to our guests is we spend 4 days at least, every month attending to general maintenance & gardens. We do this to make sure CARINYA is maintained to a high standard & this is clearly acknowledged by our guests to date. We attend every departure clean to help & assist our cleaners as well. We feel this is extremely important, especially post COVID-19 & we hope this gives our guests the confidence, that they are arriving to a spotlessly clean home for you to sit back & relax & enjoy you well earned holiday break
PLEASE also be confident you are booking a true beachfront. There is no road between us and the beach. You are also booking a property with extremely secure fencing for your accompany pets. Due to the beachside hedging you also have privacy whilst in the house & using the back deck. On days that aren't so friendly, weather wise, enjoy the other option of moving to the 2nd BBQ in the extensive sun drenched garden & undercover BBQ area.
