The property line goes to the edge of the water, meaning...you will be the only one on the beach! There are only a few houses actually ON the beach for rent in Cape May. Properties that say beachfront or waterfront are not on the beach. They are a house closest to the beach. There is a road in front of the house and then the beach (which is a public beach). A private beach is owned by the homeowner & the house is actually on the beach , thus only the occupants are allowed on the beach...making it safe. The only access to the beach is through the house. There are only a few like this one!

The Delaware Bay is home to some of the most amazing sunsets you'll ever see and dolphins by the score. Enjoy all the sounds of nature from your doorstep and unobstructed views of the private beach and water from the upstairs balcony and windows.

The outside has been repainted in late 2021 and the porch furniture is brand new.

The inside furniture is high-end from Denmark and the walls are filled with beautiful artwork. Upstairs is where you will find the gourmet kitchen, dining area, living room complete with home theater and a full bath. This is where you'll also find the master bedroom equipped with an HDTV and an awesome view of the water with a full master bath.

The downstairs offers a game room, two bedrooms (each with an HDTV), laundry and a full bath. The house is also equipped with cable, Netflix and WIFI.
