Building is beautifully cared for and is in one of the best locations in Mazatlan at the end of the beach next to the marina. Very quiet and scenic. Beautiful pool, seasonal hot tub. Great seasonal restaurant with set meals on set days, high season lobby bar and store on site. Amazing sunsets!
