Summary: Location is great. You are so close to the water and on the 2nd floor. We loved the condo. The twin bed is more for children than adults. It sits very low to the floor. Waters Edge air conditioning unit is beside the master suite and is loud at night. Lynn always responded immediately if we had questions.
