The space
Modern home in pristine condition with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, spread across 3 levels.
Conveniently located in Northwest Woods between East Hampton and Sag Harbor in a private beach community with a very short stroll to the community beach.
The house is light and airy with open floor plan. Appointed with new furniture, 4 flat screen smart TVs, and Nest thermostats on every level.
The first floor features double height living room, an open kitchen with premium appliances and an open dining room with sliding doors that lead to an outdoor dinging area with an automated retractable awning. The first floor also includes 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed plus a child bed and the second bedroom has a premium pull out sofa.
The second floor features master bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, and another bedroom with two twin beds, en-suite bathroom and a walk in closet.
On the other side of the second floor, you will find a large 1 1/2 height loft with a giant couch, large work space with multiple screens and cushy office chair. The loft also features a balcony overlooking the pool and the backyard.
Finished walkout basement features a family room, wet bar, play space, gym and a full bathroom.
The private outdoor oasis features multi-level newly painted cedar decking, oversized L-shaped 40 ft long pool with extended shallow section.
Loungers, multiple soft seating areas with 5 umbrellas for extra shading and comfort. Adjacent to the pool, surrounded by privet hedges is an outdoor seating area complete with Adirondack chairs, fire pit and outdoor tire place.
The property is fully fenced, with two automated gates on each side of a circular driveway and has beautiful landscaping, with lush grass lawns and evergreen trees along the perimeter of the property for extra privacy.
Fully stocked with a Weber gas grill, charcoal grill, new beach chairs, beach towels, kitchenware and appliances.
Laundry room on the first floor for extra convenience.
If you are traveling with children, the play area in the basement can occupy kids across age ranges, with lots of toys, books, board games, sports equipment, scooters, etc.
