Indoor Areas
Upstairs, the large main living area features a 40' TV and reverse cycle air conditioning and opens into a fully appointed kitchen. There is access to the large 2nd floor rear deck with stairs down to the rear yard too. The four upstairs bedrooms share two family bathrooms.
Downstairs, the enormous living are is equipped with a giant 60' TV plus a table-tennis table and fusbal table. Also downstairs you will find the 5th bedroom, plus the laundry, and access to the large, fully enclosed rear yard.
Outdoor Areas
The upstairs rear deck provides a lovely sheltered place for outdoor meals and direct access to the fully enclosed rear yard (pets welcome). At the front of the home is space to park 2 cars under the house with plenty of room for a small boat too.
Kitchen
The fully appointed upstairs kitchen is equipped with all standard cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, pantry, large fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There is a reverse cycle split system in the upstairs lounge room, and pedestal fans and mobile heaters in all bedrooms.
