Beautiful beach house on the stunning Santa Marianita Beach near Manta. In this quaint fishing village, enjoy swimming, strolls along the beach.
You have a pool, private beach yards from the house, hot water, history tours at Montecristi, wildlife trips to Pocoche, golf course 20 mins away, fresh sea food in Manta, kitesurfing schools, restaurants and beautiful sunsets.
No smoking around the cottage. Also only 2 people maximum are allowed.
Roads into Santa are hilly, so come during the day.
The space
As you can see from the pictures you have a pool and pretty much a private beach. Easy to relax and enjoy. You can swim pretty much every single day of the year.
The pool is shared.
Things to do:
- breakfast at Donkey Den,
- lunch and dinner at Don Willeys, Villa Kite, Ocean Freaks or many more local nearby restaurants on the beach,
- 4 kitesurfing schools on the beach,
- whale watching between June and October - you can even do this just steps from the house,
- turtles, dolphins and beautiful birds can be seen from the beach.

Note that if you are bringing little children please ensure they have diapers on. You will be charged for replacement costs of mattresses if they pee on them. Also, you will have to supervise them in the pool area.
