4 Bedroom Villa with Sports, Bedding and Parking

Exceptionally situated luxury Caribbean style villa, directly on the most beautiful beach of Las Terrenas. Casa Inca is 230 m2, with a wonderful swimming-pool, wood deck and terrace surrounded by private tropical garden of 1'400 m2. Owner's villa, decorated and furnished very tastefully. Daily maid service, gardener, pool attendant, night security and reception services. Ping-pong table in the garden. Las Terrenas nests in the Samana Peninsula, a little corner of paradise with long white sandy beaches lined with coconut trees, a charming village, wonderful food and a warm welcome. The area offers many excursions and activities.
Our maid Xiomara is a fantastic cook. With additional cost you can hire her for midday and/or the evening. She will do the shopping, prepare the food, serve you and clean everything after. The price is 50 us dollars (food and drink excluded). If you want her many times, you can discuss the price with her.
Deposit of 500 dollars for damages in cash at arrival or equivalent in other currency.
AC WILL BE CHARGED ON A PAY AS YOU GO BASIS. THE METER (SEPARATE FROM THE REST OF THE ELECTRICITY IN THE VILLA) WILL BE SET AT THE BEGINNING OF THE RENTAL IN PRESENCE OF THE GUESTS AND BILLED AT THE END OF THE STAY.

Summary: This is an excellent property if you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation. Be sure to book a 4-wheeler before you come. They can be hard to find! Food choices are limited near the house and for the most part, we found the food to be bland with most restaurants serving the same options. There are not a lot of activites available close to the property.
