Positive: Host was very responsive in answering our questions and instructions were clear. The place is spacious and big. There is a mall that's just opposite the apartment. View from apartment is great.
Negative: The place is dated, with the toilet seat looking really dirty (but more stain than actual dirt itself). The have a wooden tub which looks dated and not very inviting. The wardrobe had dust balls at the bottom, and hence it was difficult for me to feel comfortable hanging up my clothes inside. Overall, clean enough if you don't zoom into the detail. But definitely needs some refurbishment of funiture and fixtures.
Summary: It was alright.
