Positive: The property was beautiful! This was our second year staying at this house. It’s comfortable and clean. The location is great. It has everything you would need cooking wise. (The kitchen microwave handle was broken)
Negative: The company that manages it. We arrived at 3:48 and tried the door code a few times and nothing. So we sat and waited till 4 o’clock since that was the actual check in time. We tried the code a few more times and nothing. I called the 800 number and they kept saying “someone from our local office will call you shortly.” Mind you we call them 4 TIMES and kept getting told the same thing. We never got no call, no text nor email about why we couldn’t get it. Thankfully the neighbors contacted the owner and got us a key so we were able to get in and start unpacking. The NEXT MORNING was when we finally received a call about us getting in the house. I called them at 4:10pm on Sunday and I got a call on MONDAY at 10:13am. I’m so thankful for the neighbors or we would’ve never gotten in the house. The door code was never fixed. No one came out to the house to change the keyless entry battery. NOTHING! This property management will not ever see another penny from us.
Summary: The house was wonderful. But the property management company was not helpful.
