Travel Purpose: business
Positive: The house is clean and cute. Comfortable and very user friendly. Although it does seem that someone has taken the 'dongle' so the helpful instructions for the internet/netflix didn't help.
Negative: The staff were very unhelpful with changing our booking. We had changes to our business conference, due to covid, that were made after our booking. When we tried to amend the booking we were told it was non refundable, 3 months prior to the stay and nothing could be done. The check in process requires photos of both credit card and licence to be uploaded to the internet.
