It has a lovely 60 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 200 m² garden. - A terrace and small garden of around 60 m², on the ground floor, with parasol and furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- A second large terrace of around 140 m², on the 2nd floor, with parasol and furniture, overlooking the garden and swimming pool.
