Positive: I was in two minds about this place, reading the review about things being broken and missing and not working etc.... I booked it anyway as it offered everything I needed for my family stay we had a big group. Firstly on arrival I was impressed by the size of the house and a big parking space. In the house I was amazed of how big the kitchen is with all you will need for your stay and a big dinner table for all the family to sit and eat together, large living room with plenty of seats to sit and and chat in the evenings. Now the are 8 bedroom all with ensuite which is great for privacy. When it say the beach is close by no lie it is, literally not even a minute away from the house with loads of other activities to do in the area just walking distance away. Over very happy with staying at banks house and I will recommend it.

Negative: Mattresses can do with a change in some bedroom and making sure lamps and bulbs are working and available if needed.
