Bali Breeze beach house is is not available as a "party house" to patrons intending to hold noisy, late night/early morning parties as part of their stay and are therefore strongly advised to seek an alternative venue. No 'schoolies' events accepted.

Summary: For summer this is a great property and very much as advertised. The only problem was we went in winter. The description stated it had heating and cooling but this is only upstairs. All the bedrooms, bathrooms and games room which are all downstairs and/or accessible via going outside, had no heating at all which significantly impacted our ability to use the facilities. I called the owner to ask if there was some portable heating and was told there wasn't. We asked if some could be provided by him or someone he knew close by and was told he was a number of hours away (approximately 6 hours) and there wasn't anybody close by to help. We were also reminded it was 'a summer beach house' but didn't appreciate being told that there were however electric blankets on the beds (given the context). We certainly weren't going to spend our time at the property sitting in bed to try to keep warm. This was a very disappointing outcome to an otherwise really good property which could simply be resolved by providing a few relatively cheap portable heating options. We definitely would not have rented any property in winter if there was not adequate heating. So in short absolutely would recommend for summer - great property. But for winter, byo snow suits.
