Hardwood floors throughout. 46 in. flat screen tv on 2nd floor and 37 in. flat screen tv in loft, both wall mounted. 2nd floor balcony with table and chairs and BBQ. Includes all bed linens, towels, kitchen ware, wireless internet. Great location between the bay and ocean. Steps from the sand. Includes a designated private parking spot. Has an outdoor shower on the side of house. One of the best locations on the Balboa Peninsula. Located directly in the middle of The Newport Pier and The Balboa Pier. Very well maintained and clean.
