A beautiful preserved rain forest with hundreds of coconut trees and a river are surrounding the immense 150 ha of the property.

The tranquil beach town is home to some great sea food restaurants and fancy bars. From Itacare who will have also fast access to the national park Serra do Conduru, with its famous waterfalls and wildlife.
Prainha, the beautiful beach at your doorstep is suited perfectly to go surfing or fishing. The natural river of the estate with it´s crystal clear water is stopped by a dam to create an unique natural swimming-pool. The property is ideal to host big events like weddings as it has the capacity for 200 guests.
