I'm Liza Lou and I would love to host you at my Bed & Breakfast Porch Rockin'. I am happy to welcome families, retreat groups, bachelorette weekends and all folks just looking for a beautiful place to celebrate!
Currently the entire house is available for rent. In keeping with the bed and breakfast, I provide breakfast ingredients for you to enjoy and make each day.. Farm fresh eggs, bacon, and chicken sausage, as well as fresh locally baked bread with my homemade jams and jellies, and local stone ground grits plus fruit and snacks.
The house is located on peaceful Johns Island where you will find various farms included horse farms just up the road. The island has amazing options for dining along with Kiawah's Beachwalker park not far as well as downtown Charleston for all your traveling adventures!
As you consider this property please know that an office, kitchen for my business and my living space for myself and family sit on the same property. I do not want to intrude when guests are staying here and will try my best to not be seen too much.I certainly want to honor your privacy as much as possible. I will never come into the house during your stay. I also have weekly landscapers that typically come on Mondays. This is a crew that works efficiently and will not be there too long. To maintain the mosquitos there is a service that comes every two weeks which may occur during your stay. This can be adjusted if you request it. It takes about 3o minutes and you will be notified via your contact info when/if they will be there.
I live on the property with my children and two friendly cats ( you may see them wandering around) and we look forward to welcoming you to the Porch Rockin’ family. The house is completely private and you will share it only with those family or friends that you are vacationing with. I will be there to greet you on arrival. Your privacy is important to me and I am conscious and considerate when guests are staying in the house allowing space and peace during their visit. It is a wonderful spot for families especially with the swing and garden full of yummy berries and vegatables.
