Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Location, although because the median strip was up the highway a longer drive each way to turn into the street. The view from the living area and best bedroom was fabulous( except no curtains on the best bedroom made showering without everyone seeing you naked was impossible ) Plenary of heating. The air conditioning was great noisy for the people in the third bedroom
Negative: The advertising photos only show a small portion of a renovated area of an old house. There are 3 bathrooms but only 2 were advertised. So one couple enjoyed their stay whilst the other two had very average accommodation. A bathroom sensor light flicked on and off all day and night even when the door was closed. The third bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. The balcony is not wide enough to sit on so shouldn’t really be advertised. Kitchen is lacking. Plenty of crockery and cutlery but not much to cook with. There were no wine glasses except cheap plastic ones and a 1 litre saucepan and a 30 cm fry pan. ( not enough to cook Breakfast for 5 people in) there was an electric bbq in the garage. No door on the third bedroom tiny ensuite gave no privacy to the occupant and the air con was noisy to this room’s occupants The boat shed is advertised with comfy furniture to enjoy the afternoon sun and the lake….. it was empty except for messy leaves.
Summary: Enjoyed the vista but not worth the money.
