Beautiful 3BR/3BA beach FRONT condo with a spectacular Gulf view on Okaloosa Island! Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and flat screen TVs in living room and bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom is on the beach side with entry to the beach front balcony. The master bath is just AMAZING - it makes you feel like you are in a SPA. The living and dining areas are also beach front with another entry to the large beach front balcony from the living room. You even get a great view from the nicely updated kitchen! Lots of storage, granite counter tops, and superb appliances. Separate laundry room for your convenience with a full size washer and dryer. All bedrooms are ample size with plenty of space for up to 10 guests where everyone will feel comfortable. The property features TWO pools, a hot tub, a splash area for the children, state of the art fitness center, and two EV charging stations in the bottom level of the East garage. There is no charge for use of the stations and they are first come first served. Do not miss out on the chance to stay at this beautiful property!
