Positive: This is a lovely place to stay. It was clean with all the basics. Easy access to the park and ride into York. Private parking was included.

Negative: Unfortunately previous guests weren't that good at washing dishes. All dishes and crockery that we needed to use we had to wash. Some pieces still had food on them and the oven rack wasn't very clean. We didn't let this spoil our stay and would definitely stay again.
