This 160 m2 large villa features 3 beautifully arranged bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper floor. All bedrooms are equipped with a double bed while both bathrooms feature luxurious bathtubs one being the ensuite bathroom of the main bedroom. The ground floor of the villa consists of a fully equipped, minimalist kitchen, lovely dining room and a cosy living room. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. Villa Oleander offer a wonderful view of the sea and stunning, unforgettable sunsets.
The fully enclosed, 450 m2 large yard features a beautiful pool (8x3) with comfortable alongside which you will also find comfortable sun loungers. Each day you can prepare fresh meals on the outdoor charcoal grill. Two private parking spaces are available.
