The Space:
Wide open living room anchors the space as a central meeting point, connecting the kitchen, dining area, bedrooms, and sunroom. Everything in the condo has been designed to maximize space and allow comfortable movement and interaction among guests.

The Neighborhood:
Ideally located on the northern edge of downtown, West Campus is one of Austin's most desirable neighborhoods, with easy access to the city's best amenities. There's excellent bus service and pedestrian- and bicycle-friendly infrastructure designed to meet the needs of this young and active neighborhood.

Transportation:
It's one block to a 24/7 grocery store and 3-5 blocks to multiple top-rated bars / food trucks / restaurants. It's less than 10 minutes by Uber to get anywhere in Central Austin, or 15 minutes to all the major spots south of the river. And if you're feeling adventurous, try an electric scooter!

Guest Access:
You'll have the entire home, two free garage parking spaces, and a pool in the central courtyard!

I live just a few minutes away and I'm available by phone whenever you need me :-) I can guarantee you a great experience inside the home, but we have limited ability to control what happens outside, because I do not own the condo building.
