Summary: Was a wonderful stay overall. Great positioning, clean room on arrival, comfortable beds, good quality shower products (They also separate body wash & conditioner). Only issue was that there was no AC, thankfully we had 2 French balconies alongside the hotel providing a large fan. When we had trouble with accessing our room due to the lock not accepting our code we got swift help from customer service who provided a key to use instead.
