Casa Cecko contains three apartments, all recently remodeled and well equipped with modern conveniences for independent living. Apt 3-2, the largest of the three is actually a house, located in the rear of the property, away from the street and features a large covered outdoor patio and garden plus a large covered laundry area that facilitates hang drying of clothes. Appliances, all full size, include stove, refrigerator, washer, dryer microwave, toaster, blender, TV and coffee maker. Large water tanks and pumps serve as backup to the city water supply to assure tenants are not without water. Each apartment is equipped with it's own on demand water heater insuring no one runs out of hot water.
Security is important and the property features heavy steel gates, electrified fencing in the rear and automatic outside night lighting. Each apartment has its own heavy steel entrance door.
