Summary: It’s a lovely luxury vacation resort. Beautiful, well equipped. Shower is very powerful (not all hotels have that). Outdoor Onsen bath per room with sea view is the best. All staffs are very nice and helpful. The spa is superb too. We did facial and body massage. Totally relaxed. It’s a great resort. Dinner is nice. One recommendation: breakfast is limited to Japanese style only. It would be great if the hotel can offer Japanese style and western style. We have been to karaku Hakone. The KARAKU Hakone offers both western and Japanese style breakfast.
