Relax in an artistically well-appointed and historic 1904 home on the Isthmus of Madison, Wisconsin. Full kitchen, living room, awesome front porch, 3+ bedrooms and a small but fun designed backyard. Explore the fun and funky Willy Street/Marquette neighborhood during the peak of music festival season. 1 block from the Co-op, 1.5 blocks from Cafe CODA, Madison's premier jazz bar, the heavenly Batch Bakery, skate park and about 30 eclectic eateries, bars and shops within an 8 minute walk. 10 minute walk from 2 major concert venues on E. Washington Ave. 2 blocks from bike path. 1 mile from Capitol Square. 5 minute walk to B B Clark Swim Beach and Central Park. Street parking.
You will find quality linens and fresh towels. With a private entrance, you will the entire 2nd and 3rd floors of the home. You may use the two adult bikes for a small rental fee/gift. No pets please.
Enjoy sculpture, art and books about. This is an historic home, so we appreciate your being tender with it. Thank you! Old time neighbors have shared that our home had been a musicians' boarding house for decades. We'd like to think that many names (like Dylan?) have played together in the living room or porch late into the night.
