This is a 3 bdr house in a quiet neighborhood, less than 1mi. from the stadiums. Arlington house offers all the necessities of home, as well as some extra comforts and fun in the game room. HIgh Speed Wifi, 55in HDTV, Netflix.
(Note there is an unfinished basement here which is where the laundry room is. It’s used for storage, and has a half bathroom in it also. We welcome guests to use the bathroom and laundry, just note that it’s an unfinished basement so it’s not the most visually appealing part of the house)

Summary: House was easy to find. We were a little confused by the door code in the subject line and a different number in the overall description for check-in and amenities. We enjoyed the games available and the complementary coffee. It may be a good idea to leave a few more coffee pods. We felt the floors and bathroom needed a deep cleaning. Especially behind the door and in the corners of the bathroom. I love the ladder wall, vacation guide idea. We own a VRBO rental cabin in the Black Hills and I plan to install something similar in our cabin, after seeing yours. Overall, we would rent this property again in the future.
