The space

Built over 4 levels with generous spaces, private rooms and luxurious finishes the house is a seamless indoor-outdoor architectural delight. Park your car in the oversized 2 car lock up garage and enter into a home of luxury.
3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located on the first floor as well as a double laundry.
Living; fully equipped kitchen and dining as well as a King master bedroom with ensuite on the 2nd floor which opens up onto the 13m lap pool and lawn area as well as direct access to the beach. Upstairs to the private retreat with living, deck, gas fireplace and king bedroom with ensuite and the most enviable views in the area.
This destination is perfect all year round and has everything you need to RELAX . ESCAPE . UNWIND
There is a large Heston Blumenthal BBQ to cater for large groups as well as an outdoor firepit so you can enjoy the star filled skies on winter nights. Or, stay in and cosy up with the gas fireplace and underfloor heating and a great book or boardgames.
Wash off the sand and salt under either of the 2 outdoor showers or foot shower.

All areas of the house including the private 13m lap pool, gorgeous lawn and extensive decking are available for guests to enjoy.
