Cedar Key sustained extensive damage from Hurricane Helene. Many businesses and homes will take time to rebuild. AquaVista and Old Fenimore Mill Condominiums were blessed with no damage. As the little town of Cedar Key begins to rebuild it will need your love and support. ***Cedar Key Strong***
As you cross the bridge into Cedar Key, you immediately relax as you go back in time to a simpler life. The condo location is perfect....park your car/truck and walk to everything....restaurants, shopping, Dock Street, and the fishing pier.
**There are 2 flights of stairs, no elevator!! And please read pet policy!!
Our condo will offer you a birds-eye view of the Gulf from your private balcony on the top floor where you can watch the dolphins play or feed. The newly furnished condo offers you 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, with a murphy bed in the family room which, by the way, boasts a 65" TV. It will sleep maximum of 6 guests.
Electronic entry door for contactless check-in. A security camera is located outside the entry door and turned off after check-in. The camera is only on during vacancies for security and not on during your stay.
We allow one small/medium dog under 45 pounds that has all shots and is on flea prevention. There is a $60 pet fee that is non-refundable. Your dog must be on a leash at all times, and you must also pick up after their waste. We do not provide bed furnishings for your fur baby so please bring what they need.
This condo is on the 3rd floor, with lots of stairs and no elevators. You will get a workout unloading your supplies but the view from the balcony is worth it.
There is a small dock on the grounds, however, no overnight docking is allowed. Only short stops (15 minutes) are allowed for pickup / drop off / reload coolers / clean fish, etc.

Living Room boasts a murphy bed that folds out to a queen bed and a large TV with Spectrum, Samsung TV Plus, and Roku. Internet service as well.
