This SPACIOUS and Private Cedar home is set on 11 acres with a pretty 2 acre pond. There are 4 generous bedrooms, 3 full baths, and a large Kitchen & Great Room with lovely views of this pristine property.
This sizable home has been recently outfitted with upscale, stylish furnishings creating a beautiful showplace with efficient, flowing spaces, wrapped in warm wood accents and soaring ceilings.
The Primary Bedroom has a king bed, an en suite bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower, sliders to the deck, wall of closets, large dresser, and open beam ceilings. . The loft bedroom has a queen bed a private bath a walk-in closet and a sleek curtain which closes it off from the main house allowing for complete privacy. There is a bunk room with 2 twins and full sized bed for kids (sleeps 4) and another 1st floor bedroom with a queen bed, closet, TV, dresser, and comfy chair. These two rooms share a full bath. All rooms in the house have individual heating and AC units.
The living, dining and kitchen area are open to each other providing the ideal group gathering dynamic. I Add to this the massive deck that spans the entire house and takes in the pretty views of the pond and lawn, and you have your very own OASIS with ample parking for all.
The beautiful two acre pond is stocked with fish and home to lots of wildlife. Swim at your own risk. For your use and enjoyment we provide numerous water-related activities...inflatable Kayaks, Paddleboat, Inflatable Row Boat, and Fishing Supplies, as well as a few landlubber activities ~ Basketball, and Corn hole PLUS as an added bonus new for 2021 a KID'S DEN in the barn! Sectional sofa, TV, game table with board games, cards, etc, PING PONG table, Dart board, and it's very own bathroom!

Summary: We spent a long weekend at the Apple Tree Pond property and it was as described! The house is beautiful and exactly as described. We enjoyed fishing and using the boats, and enjoyed relaxing on this beautiful property. Communication was good and quick and helpful! The only suggestion I have are for the door for the playroom with the dart board and ping pong table. The door got locked before our stay and they had to get the maintenance over to unlock it which took some time, no big deal at all, but I suggest putting a keyless entry on the door so that maintenance doesn't have to come over when this happens! We loved the house and hope to come stay again in the future!
